occupancy or couples sharing the same room are welcome, however the
chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half time.

two weeks. Above daily rates will apply for stays of 21
days or less. Rates are based on B&B meal plan.

through us but healthcare insurance is
recommended for
when staying in Homestay
and/or joining schools in Canada. Airport pick up is
optional but highly recommended.
Important: Foreign workers,
extended stay visitors, and landed immigrants,
please consult with your insurance broker and
employer before travel to Canada. You may
require insurance for the first three months in
Canada through private healthcare insurance or
travel insurance provider. Landed immigrants
will need to apply for Canadian healthcare
insurance upon arrival, but it may take up to
three months to get activated and receive your
insurance card.

Our minimum Standards:
Homestays are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. All Homestays will include the following:

Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows
per bed)

Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio
or a dresser

Work desk with chair and desk lamp

Closet and mirror

Access to TV with cable channels in the living room

Private or shared bathroom

If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
